We offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, including:

2. Do I need to make appointment for the imaging services?

To ensure minimal waiting times, our imaging services are available by appointment only. The exception is Chest X-Ray, where walk-ins are accepted.

3. How do I make an appointment?

Patients may book an appointment directly with us, or through their referring doctor/clinic. For appointments, please WhatsApp us at +65 88323866

4. Will I need to fast for my imaging?

Pre-imaging preparation, including fasting, depends on the type of scan and the area being examined. Our service team will provide specific instructions when you book your appointment, or you may consult your doctor for guidance.

5. Do I need a doctor’s referral for imaging?

Yes, a referral is generally required for most imaging services to ensure appropriate medical evaluation. For certain health screening packages, self-referrals may be accepted.

6. How long will the procedure take?

Most procedures take between 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the type of imaging. This includes registration and preparation for the scan (including changing into the down, pre-consultation, and documentation). 

7. When can I expect my results?

Reports are typically available within 1–3 working days. Urgent cases can be prioritised upon request by the referring doctor.

8. How do I receive my results?

Results will be sent directly to the referring doctor, and available via PinnacleSG+ App. Corporate and healthcare partners can also access reports via our secure online portal.

9. What should I bring for my appointment?

Please bring your:

  • Doctor’s referral letter (if applicable)
  • NRIC or identification document for verification and registration
  • Previous imaging reports (if available)
